Cove Colony started out as a full custom home in the early 80’s and was in the parade of homes according to the neighbors. The home had fallen into years of neglect from deferred maintenance, to a Great Dane and even a suspicious fire! The house was completely trashed and looked like a perfect project for the NuDesign team. All new roof, windows, cedar siding, re-plumbing, spray foam insulation, 4 new HVAC units and custom made exterior doors are just a few of the upgrades done so far to restore this majestic home back to its former glory.
