I often wish I could find the email I sent to Brad and Nu Design builders, the email that initiated the process of changing two really small rooms into one small but efficient, stylish and personalized Kitchen that my husband and I adored!

The parameters I laid down for Brad were in retrospect pretty hilarious. I was 3 1/2 months pregnant and through hell or high-water we were going to have a functional kitchen, more importantly dishwasher, by the time our second child was born. The Nu-Design team did it, did the project fast, were flexible and understanding to our schedules but also kept on point and kept the end goal in mind, a happy pregnant lady!

We turned a 1950’s small home into a fairly modern home with awesome spaces! although they only worked on the kitchen area of our home, it effected everything. I am true believer in good design, my husband is a Chef and it is one of his tenants that things be designed with efficieny in mind. The design team lead by Kim Fess did this flawlessly.

I cannot say enough good things about the Nu design team. Everyone on it from top to bottom was a pleasure to work with and we will be working together again soon (I hope!) on new projects in our new home.

I give them the highest recommendation I can as it is rare to run across people like this anymore. Trustworthy, hard working, honest and wonderful to work with.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Brad Fess, owner of NuDesign for approximately 10 months on the complete interior and exterior remodel of our home. The project encompassed substantial structural, electrical, plumbing and design changes including front porch addition, full re plumbing of the property, new kitchen, bathrooms, AC Units, whole house flooring, insulation, all new windows and doors, new pool pump etc.

Brad provided an initial budget based upon our needs and wishes and made sure to keep us within budget thru the length of the project. He kept us well informed of any developments and worked closely with us making sure we were satisfy with the end result of each stage of the remodel.
